This sculpture was designed for the P. Struycken Sculpture Gallery in The Hague, initially known as Het Sokkelplan, after a concept that artist Peter Struycken developed in 1990. The sculptures are made by Dutch artists. They are all designed for the Gallery and have the same oval base.
